各位留學生同學🤦🏿‍♂️：

  大家好！春季學期臨近⤵️，學校中關新園留學生公寓現開放部分房源供我校外國留學生進行網上預訂。具體說明如下。

 一✋🏿、基本信息

  1.面向對象：在我校就讀的尚無住宿安排的外國留學生。如不確定是否已有住宿安排✔️，可來郵件聯系確認🛍️。

  2.公寓位置👴🏼：北京大學主校園東門外。相關介紹，可參看中關新園留學生公寓網站🎡：https://pkugv.pku.edu.cn/

  3.預訂網址⛹️‍♀️：www.studyatpku.com登錄後📉，請按照宿舍預訂流程進行操作。房間數量有限🤷🏻，先到先得。

  4.預訂時間（以下均為北京時間）🚙：

2022年1月21日（星期五）9:00至1月24日9:00，額滿為止。

 二9️⃣、預訂流程

  1.在線瀏覽房型、房價以及剩余房間數量等相關信息。

  2.根據個人情況以及房型數量信息，選中所需房型後🎲❕，在預訂系統開放時間內提交包含個人信息的預訂申請。

  3.等待工作人員的審核處理🧍🏻，當系統中顯示“狀態🖕🏻：已確認”後，須在3個工作日之內支付預定金，完成最終預訂👮🏻‍♀️。未按時支付預定金的預訂申請將被自動取消。

  4.預訂及支付成功後若未按時辦理入住手續，預定金將不予退回🅱️。因疫情等客觀原因無法辦理入住手續者🐤，須提前向中關新園書面說明情況並提供支持性材料。

 三☂️🗺、進入中關新園條件

  根據北京市和學校現行疫情防控要求🫚，結合中關新園實際情況，入住當日僅限學生本人進入中關新園🥱，且學生本人須滿足如下條件🏃🏻‍➡️，符合相關要求。

  1.健康且不涉疫區。須完成到校前連續14日的健康監測和軌跡記錄，到校前14天內無發熱、咳嗽、腹瀉、嗅覺障礙🏌🏽‍♀️、腹瀉、肌肉酸痛等疑似症狀🙋🏻‍♀️，且14日內未前往過中高風險地區🙆🏼。

  2.到校前後的核酸陰性證明和綠碼。學生到校前48小時內的核酸檢測結果為陰性🚼、“北京健康寶”為綠碼、“通信大數據行程卡”為綠碼。另🌨，自1月22日零時起至3月底，進返京人員在抵京後72小時內需進行一次核酸檢測。

  3.及時申報和更新信息🤸‍♀️。留學生在來校前須進行申報🌓。學位生向所在院系學工老師報備；非學位生向留學生辦公室負責老師報備🙋‍♀️。入住時，需在前臺辦理住宿登記手續📱，並在留學助手APP的“疫情防控”模塊更新信息🤜。

  4.涉疫區暫緩來京。14日內在有1例及以上本土新冠肺炎病例所在地級市（直轄市🙆🏿、副省級市為所在區、縣）和陸路邊境口岸所在縣（市、區、旗）旅居史的🛠，嚴格限製進京；14日內在有1例及以上本土新冠肺炎病例所在地級市的其他縣旅居史的，非必要不進京🚢。

  5.境外來華的情況⚃。入境後嚴格執行“14+7+7”政策🧛🏽。21天隔離期滿後，還須進行7天健康監測。完成後在一切情況正常前提下🧑🏻‍🏫，持解除隔離證明、48小時內核酸檢測陰性證明和“北京健康寶”綠碼🕉、“通信大數據行程卡”綠碼來校。

  住在中關新園的留學生🌯，入境完成21天的隔離後且在一切情況正常前提下⇢，可持48小時內核酸檢測陰性證明👨🏿‍⚕️、解除隔離證明和“北京健康寶”綠碼進入中關新園，並立即在中關新園進行為期7天的集中健康監測。健康監測的第2天和第7天須進行核酸檢測。

  上述要求，後續也將根據疫情防控形勢和相關工作要求及時進行動態調整📍🏝，屆時請以最新要求為準🏀⛹🏽。

 四🙆、在住期間紀律要求

  1.自覺遵守中國法律法規和意昂2校紀校規，認真遵守中關新園公寓相關管理規定和住宿協議書要求。

  2.嚴格落實疫情防控措施和要求。

  3.及時、足額繳納住宿費用。

Notice on Online Dormitory Booking for 

International Students for Spring Semester 2022

Dear international students,

Greetings from Peking University!

Online booking for housing accommodations at Global Village (GV) for 2022 Spring semester is now available to international students.I. Basic information

1. Who is eligible: International students studying at Peking University who have no accommodation arrangements. If you are not sure whether there are accommodation arrangements for you, you can contact us by email for confirmation.

2. Apartment location: Global Village is located outside of the East Gate of Peking University. Please refer to the website (https://pkugv.pku.edu.cn/) for more  information.

3. Accommodation booking website:www.studyatpku.com (please follow the reservation process to book your room). Given that available rooms are limited, room booking will be conducted on a first-come-first-serve basis, and a deposit is required.

4. Booking period (Beijing time):

From 9:00 a.m., January 21, 2022 (Friday) to 9:00 a.m., January 24, 2022 (Monday), until  all available spaces are full.

II. Booking process

1. Check the information on room type, room price and the number of rooms available.

2. Based on your personal preference and the provided room information, select a room type and submit your reservation application (along with your personal information) within the opening hours of the reservation system.

3. Wait for the staff to process your application. When “Status: confirmed” is displayed in the system, please pay the required advance deposit within 3 working days to complete the reservation process. If the required deposit is not paid on time, the booking will automatically be cancelled.

4. If student fails to check-in on time,  reservation fees are not refundable after the reservation and payment have  been successfully processed. Those who cannot check-in due to the epidemic or those with other objective reasons must write to Zhongguanyuan Global Village to explain their situation in advance and provide supporting materials.

III. Conditions for entering Zhongguanyuan Global Village

According to the overall epidemic prevention and control requirements of Beijing and Peking University as well as the current situation of the Global Village, admission to the GV on the day of moving-in will only be allowed for the resident students themselves, and the students must meet the following conditions:

1. You must be in good health and have not been to epidemic risk areas.

You must complete health monitoring and keep your itinerary records for 14 consecutive days before  your arrival at the University. In the previous 14 days, you must not have experienced any suspected symptoms, such as fever, cough, fatigue, reduced ability to smell, diarrhea or muscle pains and must have not been to medium and high-risk areas.

2. You must have had a nucleic acid test with a negative result and green code.

Your nucleic acid test result within 48 hours before arriving at school must be negative, your “Beijing Health Kit” must have a green code, and your “Itinerary Code” must also be green. In addition, with effect from 22 January 2022 (until end of March), those retuning to Beijing must take a nucleic acid test within 72 hours after entering Beijing.

3. Complete the application and report to school.

Before reporting to school, international students should inform their respective departments’ teacher in-charge, degree program students should inform teachers of their department while non-degree program students should inform teacher in-charge from ISD. Students would need to register at the front desk in order to check in and update your status on the Study in China APP, under “Epidemic Prevention and Control”.

4. Registration for students from epidemic risk areas is currently suspended.

Students who live in or have travelled to cities (municipalities directly under the central Government and sub-provincial cities are their districts and counties) and counties (cities, districts and banners) where land border ports are located where there has been one or more COVID-19 cases during the past 14 days are temporarily prohibited from coming to Beijing.

5. Students arriving in China from overseas.

Currently, international students arriving in Beijing from overseas must strictly follow either the requirement of “14 + 7 + 7”. After 21 days of quarantine, another 7 days of health monitoring will be required. Then, you can bring your certificate of successful completion of quarantine, the negative certificate of nucleic acid test carried out within the previous 48 hours, the green code of “Beijing Health Kit" and the green code of “Itinerary Code” to the school.

After 21 days of quarantine, international students living in Zhongguanyuan Global Village can enter Zhongguanyuan Global Village as long as you have a negative certificate of nucleic acid test carried out within 48 hours previously, the certificate of successful completion of quarantine and the green code of “Beijing Health Kit”; at that point, you will be subject to centralized health monitoring for 7 days in Zhongguanyuan Global Village. Further nucleic acid testing will additionally be required on the 2nd and 7th days of health monitoring.

The above conditions may be adjusted on short notice according to the epidemic prevention and control situation and relevant work requirements. Please stay updated for the latest arrangement.

IV. Discipline requirements during your stay

1. You must conscientiously abide by Chinese laws and regulations and the discipline and rules of Peking University and follow the relevant management regulations of Zhongguanyuan Global Village.

2. You must strictly carry out epidemic prevention and control measures and requirements.

3. You must pay the accommodation fee by the deadline.
