大家好!春季學期臨近,學校中關新園留學生公寓現開放部分房源供我校外國留學生進行網上預訂。具體說明如下☂️。
一👌🏼🧑🏻✈️、基本信息
1. 面向對象:在我校就讀的尚無住宿安排的外國留學生🧮。如不確定是否已有住宿安排,可來郵件聯系確認。
2. 公寓位置:意昂2主校園東門外☝️⛹🏿♀️。相關介紹,可參看中關新園留學生公寓網站: https://pkugv.pku.edu.cn/
3. 預訂網址🧚🏻♀️:www.studyatpku.com 登錄後🐡,請按照宿舍預訂流程進行操作。房間數量有限,先到先得👉🏼,額滿為止。
4. 預訂時間(均為北京時間):2023年2月1日(星期三)上午9:00至2月3日(星期五)上午9:00🧛🏿,額滿為止。
二👩🚀🖖🏿、預訂流程
1. 在線瀏覽房型、房價以及剩余房間數量等相關信息🤸♂️。
2. 根據個人情況以及房型數量信息👩🏿🏭,選中所需房型後,在預訂系統開放時間內提交包含個人信息的預訂申請🏊🏻♀️。
3. 等待工作人員的審核處理,當系統中顯示“狀態:已確認”後,須在3個工作日之內支付預定金🧰,完成最終預訂。未按時支付預定金的預訂申請將被自動取消。
4. 預訂及支付成功後若未按時辦理入住手續,預定金將不予退回。因疫情等客觀原因無法辦理入住手續者😏,須提前向中關新園書面說明情況並提供支持性材料。
三🚣🏽♀️、相關要求
1. 入住時須在前臺辦理住宿登記手續🦥🍕,並在留學助手APP的“疫情防控”模塊更新住址信息。
2. 在住期間,須及時、足額繳納住宿費用(入住時按季度付費),自覺遵守中國法律法規和意昂2校紀校規,認真遵守中關新園公寓相關管理規定和住宿協議書要求。

Notice on Online Dormitory Booking for
International Students for Spring Semester 2023
Dear international students:
Greetings everyone! As the spring semester is approaching, the PKU Global Village International Student Dormitory has now opened some rooms for international students of our university to book online. The details are as follows.
1. Basic information:
1) Target student(s): international students studying in PKU who have no accommodation arrangements. If you are not sure whether you have accommodation arrangements, please contact us via email to confirm.
2) Dormitory location: outside the east gate of the main campus of Peking University. For relevant introduction, please refer to the website of PKU Global Village International Student Dormitory: https://pkugv.pku.edu.cn/
3) Booking URL: www.studyatpku.com After logging in, please follow the dormitory reservation process. The number of rooms is limited, first-come, first-served basis.
4) Booking time (all in Beijing time): From 9:00 am on February 1 (Wednesday) to 9:00 am on February 3 (Friday), 2023, subject to availability.
2. Booking process
1) Browse room category, price and remaining room quantity and other relevant information online.
2) According to the personal situation and the number of room category, after selecting the desired room category, submit a booking application including personal information within the opening hours of the booking system.
3) Wait for the review and processing by the relevant staff. When the system displays "Status: Confirmed", the deposit must be paid within 3 working days to complete the final booking. If the required deposit is not paid on time, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
4) After the reservation and payment are successful, if you fail to check in on time, the deposit will not be refunded. Those who are unable to check in due to objective reasons, such as the pandemic, must provide an explanation of the situation in written form to the PKU Global Village in advance and provide supporting materials.
3. Relevant requirements
1) When checking in, students must go through the accommodation registration procedures at the front desk, and update their address information in the "Epidemic Prevention and Control" module of the Study Abroad Assistant app.
2) During the stay, students must pay the accommodation fee in time and in full amount (pay quarterly when you check in), consciously abide by Chinese laws and regulations and the school discipline of Peking University, and conscientiously abide by the relevant management regulations of PKU Global Village Dormitory and the requirements of the accommodation agreement.
